48-Hour Refund Window

You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of purchase
  • You must not have used more than 10% of your purchased credits
  • This must be your first refund request

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 48 hours
  • More than 10% of credits have been used
  • Account has been banned for violating terms of service
  • Previous refund has been issued on the same account

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at AMINE@TELLABAMINE.COM
  2. Include your account email and PayPal transaction ID
  3. State the reason for your refund request

Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
  • Your credits will be deducted from your account
